I have a USAJOBS account and I want to upload my higher transcripts and diploma copy. Everytime I try to upload a file, I get the message "Upload Failed" followed by "Click here to delete". I accept tried .doc, .pdf, .jpg, formats. I have tried file sizes from xvi G to 1.1 M (maximum is 2.0 M). I have tried on 2 computers. I employ Internet Explorer 7.0.
Has anyone always successfully uploaded a file to USAJOBS? Possibly you tin can tell me what file format and browser you lot used.
Thanks, Drew

    Hullo,

I uploaded a few txt files and some pdfs. My SF-50s and DD-214 are in pdf. I recall one was rejected once. I tried again and it went fine. Information technology takes near 10 min. or and then to bear witness each was accepted by the system.

Once it's up, you tin can just bank check the block by information technology next time you employ for something. It volition exist attached. No need to upload more once.

I have a high-speed connectedness (cable modem), a Mac with OSX Tiger, and use Firefox. The only fourth dimension I had problem was when the U.s.a. organization switched me over to the Navy's Chart system. There, I take to utilize IE, which is an older version just for Macs.

Are y'all on punch-up? Yous could have a poor connection.

Odd because the USAJOBS website says its upload arrangement isn't compatible with Firefox 3.0

I converted my docs into clip format and it loaded fine. If information technology still fails to upload, merely fax your docs to the specified fax number of the job announcement.
